Pan For Punks Review by George Tabb from MRR Column #134 Also on my list of cool stuff I got are a bunch of CDs. The new Sex Slaves album, although a lot like Andrew W.K. (who I like) is predictable, I love it. Kitty & The Kowalskis "Chinese Demorcray", although it's not out yet, rocks my motherfucking world! Word up! Lukifer's "Repression" cd is amazing. Never thought I'd dig death rock...but this is very smart. Almost like "Life Rock". In fact, with the pictures of the unborn babies, indeed it is! I especially like the song "Ruined Soul". Runny have an E.P. out called "The Vomit E.P." Enough said. And from my pal Ida, who does P.R. for the Ramones, comes "Pan For Punks", - "a steelpan tribute to The Ramones". You never neard "Blitzkrieg Bop" like this. I promise. Yay!!!!
